Meeting the customer where they are

I got together with the Sales Enablement Team at Pod, and we created some stories.

Stories that start with the real-life problems Pod’s customers have…before they found Pod, of course. Then we used the stories to show how great Pod are at what they do, how they help their customers, and how everything always turns out rosy in the end.

Pod now use those stories as part of their sales training deck. And the Sales Enablement Team liked what I did so much that they asked me to do lots of other stuff for them.

I can’t put examples of the work here because, well, it belongs to Pod now. But keep scrolling and I’ll tell you why I’m good at what I do.

I’ve got a background in social work, I’ve led large teams, and I’ve got a special place in my heart for internal comms. Because if you get that bit right, everything else runs much more smoothly.

Now I write sales enablement copy that’s grounded in empathy and storytelling.

Your customer is the Hero.

You’re the Enabler.

My stories bring you both together.

We’ll meet your customers where they are, because when people feel like you understand their problem, they’ll be instinctively more open to the idea that you might be able to solve it.

Once we’ve started to build that connection, we’ll highlight exactly how your company can make their lives easier. Based on their values, their priorities, and their day-to-day challenges.

And we’ll do it in a way that’s clear, concise, and memorable (which will make your sales teams’ lives much easier).

I love words, I love people, and I really love what I do.

Chuck your thoughts at me, and I’ll do the rest.
