The problem
Gaia have a brilliant product, and they have plenty of real-world examples to back that up. But their sales team was having trouble settling on a consistent narrative to convey their value to new prospects. Things were feeling a bit messy, sales cycles were dragging, and the MD was spending way too much time getting involved on the ground.
The solution
We rolled up our sleeves and got into the bones of what Gaia’s customers need and what’s been getting in their way. Then, we created value-driven stories that empathised with prospects, simplified Gaia’s offering, and highlighted their value.
Simple, benefits-led, and clear as a bell.
