Grab them at hello. All sorts of variables can affect this one. From the number of pages to the amount of research involved. But to give you an idea, a website with 5 pages should cost from £1,500 to £2,200.
Landing pages and funnel content:
These range from £200 for a blog to £495 for a landing page. Because 60 - 90% of people click away from landing pages after taking initial interest, so we need to make sure we get this bit right.
Email campaigns:
A sequence of 3 emails starts at £495, and you stay out of the spam folder.
Newsletters:
Turn those subscribers into customers, starting at £145.
Thought leadership articles:
You know what you’re doing, show it off! I’ll take that jumble of thoughts out of your head and turn it into something concise, clear, and engaging. These start at £350.
White papers:
Ooh, I love these! I am a proper nerd at heart, and I have the masters degree to back it up. But this one really does depend…sorry! Give me a shout, we’ll chat about the specifics, and I’ll give you a clear up-front cost.

I get you. There are a lot of copywriters out there. They all come with things they’re good at, and things they’re not so good at. You need to find the one that’s going to bring the stuff you need.
Here are a few things I like to shout about:
I’ve got my degree in English, a masters in social sciences, and a diploma in social work. So, I know words and I know people. With me, you get the full human.
I’ve worked in comms, and I’ve led large teams. I’ve studied communication and relationships, and I know what it’s like to juggle.
Then there’s the marketing psychology stuff, I’m a published author, and I’ve studied storytelling for over two decades. So, I know of what I speak.
I’m nice. I hope you are too.
Oh, and I work collaboratively. If you want a copywriter who gets a brief and disappears until it’s finished, then I’m not the writer for you. I love building long-term relationships with my clients. I know my business, but you know yours. When we bring the two together, that’s where the magic happens.

Lots of copywriters use stories because they are sense and meaning making. I call myself the storytelling copywriter because I’ve spent a lot time specialising in this particular area.
I’ve been writing stories ever since I was old enough to hold a pen. My parents even got me my very own writing desk when I was 5. Then I went off to university and studied stories proper.
When I started copywriting, it seemed pretty obvious where I should specialise. So, here I am.
Stories organise complex information into patterns the brain recognises. They grab attention and keep it. They make things memorable. And they make people feel things. In marketing, they are powerhouses.

For one-off projects, I ask for a 50% deposit up front, with the remaining 50% due within 7 days of completion.
